The weight management program is a comprehensive program for individuals that are overweight, obese or have comorbid conditions that increase their risk for chronic conditions such as heart failure, diabetes among other diseases. This program can also be utilized by clients who are unable to lose weight with other means. Remember, we focus on your overall health. There is no one size fits all, this must utilize an individualized approach to be effective for you. Sometimes medication is prescribed if you meet criteria, sometimes its purely health coaching and education, other times it is a grocery store trip to identify how & what to shop for. Successfully managing your weight may be difficult, that is why we are committed to helping you every step of the way!

Yes! If you sign up for our WRINKLE FREE membership, you will not only receive 10% off all other services, you will also receive 1 PRP session completely FREE per 12 months! You must be a member for at least 3 months for access to the discounts. You can cancel anytime; keep in mind you cannot re-enroll for 6 months after cancellation.

We are all human; things happen and we understand this! To be considerate to our practice and the other clients that are waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel three ways – phone call, e-mail or directly on our booking website! There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
